What was the highlight of Cassia Bintan
Beach, pool facing the beach, and helpful service are best. Nice beach vacation.
Direct Access to beach, hotel provides beach towels and beach baskets in our room to make it seamless to enjoy beach activites. Room is clean has compact kitchen that is well equippped. Service is excellent. Andi is most helpful with our transport arrangement and booking of restaurants outside the resort as the hotel tax stand counter was closed for the day.
Nothing significant. Breakfast has a variety of selection, but tastewise, can improve.

What was the highlight of Cassia Bintan
Nice get away for longer weekend
The best part of this hotel is the location, the beach is fantastic and the water is very clean. Having a small apartment for yourself is also very nice especially if you travel with kids. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.
- It would be nice to have some fresh veggies for breakfast, a general breakfast selection is good but it's more an asian style - The main restaurant at CASSIA could be re-designed (need a bit of modern touch, more homely and cosy), right now it feels like seating in the canteen rather than a restaurant - not really fair to charge different prices for beer at the restaurant and beach bar that only few meters away (bar is more expansive) - menu selection at the restaurant could be updated with more seafood and fish options, at the end its a hotel at the ocean

Location was just perfect, The staff were all super helpful The food was great with an outstanding breakfast included in our books! Money worth spending on this stay!
Dj could do a better job playing the songs at the evening events !

Great value for money for a family weekend. Definitely not 5* though, so adjust your expectations
Great value for money. 3 generation of the family can stay in an apartment together, and it was very convenient. Balcony with good view. Nice pool and clean beach. Breakfast was generous. we went on a couple of excursions and they were carefully run with staff who were pleasant and helpful.
The air con broke in 2 of the rooms, and the fuse blew too at some point. shower was very weak and water wasn't hot. pillow was ridiculously hard. to be honest, it wasn't that comfortable and we got pretty mad at some point with the fact that nothing seems to work.
